1 What does Animo mean?

«¡ANIMO!» is a traditional saying in Hispanic culture meant to cheer up and encourage someone.

2 What is Dia / Mediodia / Noche?

Día/Sativa – means morning in Spanish. These products are best suited for daytime use
Hybrid/Mediodía – means midday in Spanish. These products are best suited for evening use
Night/Noche – means nighttime in Spanish. These products are best suited for nighttime use.

3 Do you offer Curbside Pick-up?

Yes absolutely! Please allow 30 minutes to 2 hours for order to be processed and available for pick up. You’ll receive a confirmation text message from one of our couriers with curbside location and pick up time.

4 How does same day delivery work?

When you select same day delivery at checkout and place your order, you’ll receive your products within a timeframe of 30 minutes to 2 hours. A courier will text you confirming order details.

5 What locations in NYC do you deliver to?

We offer scheduled same day delivery in Brooklyn , Queens , Manhattan, and the Bronx.

6 What are your accepted payment options?

We accept cash payment upon delivery and curbside pick-up. We do not accept debit/credit card , Venmo/Cash App, or checks.

8 What is the shelf life of your products?

When properly stored, Our CBD flower products have a 12 month shelf life.

9 What's the difference between indoor grown versus greenhouse flower?

Most growers cultivate their hemp in massive outdoor fields, the same as any other industrial crop, where complex environment conditions can impact the quality of the harvest. At Animo, we take our hemp seriously and only want the highest quality flower available, so all of our hemp bud is grown indoors with strict guidelines.
